The Friends of the Hopkinton Public Library brings together a
group of citizens who actively support and promote the library through advocacy, program planning, volunteer services, and fundraising.
Author William Martin ~ April 29~7 p.m. Hopkinton Library
William Martin is the award-winning author of ten novels, a PBS documentary, book reviews, magazine articles and a horror movie. He is the winner of the New England Book award in 2005, an award given to an author whose body of work stands as a significant contribution to the culture of the region.
An insightful and riveting speaker, Mr. Martin will be discussing and presenting slides on Lincoln and the Civil War. His books will be available for sale at the event

Drawing for a Long Life Farm CSA bi-weekly share
Again this year, Friends of the Hopkinton Library are pleased to announce a drawing for a bi-weekly share of organic seasonal vegetables and herbs from Long Life Farm
from May through October.
For anyone making a donation to Friends, suggested at $10 for one entry or 3 entries for $25, a drawing from the entries will be held on April 22. Donations may be made at the library.
All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Hopkinton Public Library and their mission to actively support and promote the library. The bi-weekly share has been generously donated by Long Life Farm.
